This painting was one of the first that I ever painted on a canvas. It is not an original, I was learning how to paint from a book called "Art School" and replicated a painting I found in there. It is not an exact replica. I chose this painting because my mom loves the color yellow and the flowers seemed to be destined for her. This painting now resides in my mom's home and is a perfect fit! However, her beauty outshines these flowers any time of day!!! I love you mom!-Missy (Melissa)
